Went to withdraw winnings was told verification was needed sent over the documents and identification asked was told 72 hours max it's now 16 days on I have screenshots of the chat and one of them on purpose disconnecting when I asked a serious question.My question is what's taking so long and what are they doing with my documents they asked for.Rumour from a couple of staff that used to work there is they are going bankrupt and can't afford payouts.
