888 Casino - Player’s withdrawal has been delayed.
The player from Finland had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, their winnings hadn’t been received yet. We explained that withdrawals could take several days or weeks and might be delayed by KYC verification or a high volume of requests, so he was advised to wait at least 14 days and cooperate with the casino. He then confirmed he would keep waiting, and the complaint was subsequently marked as resolved by him.The player from Finland had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint.
