22bet Casino - Player's withdrawal is delayed due to KYC issues.
The player from Ireland filed a formal complaint against 22Bet over an ongoing KYC verification process that he believed was being used to unjustly delay his withdrawal. Despite providing all requested documentation over a four-month period, including a selfie with his ID and passport photos, his account remained unverified and he received vague responses with no specific feedback on his submissions. We asked him to follow the casino’s instructions and later requested the exact requirements from 22Bet, but the casino kept insisting that the submitted files were screenshots or the wrong format and repeatedly asked for a new selfie with his document and device/profile visible. As he stopped responding to our follow-up messages, we were unable to continue the investigation, so the complaint was closed for the moment.
