I currently have around €10,000 in winnings on my account, but I have been unable to withdraw my funds.The security department keeps requesting additional verification documents. Every time I submit what they ask for, they come back with a new reason for rejecting it—such as the picture not being good enough, asking for a different angle, or requesting yet another document. This process has been going on repeatedly without any resolution.After looking online, I found that many other customers have reported experiencing the same issue. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before depositing money with this company, as withdrawing your winnings may become extremely difficult.Trying now for 4 Month to verify.....
