At 23:11, I submitted withdrawal request #5279982281 for 1,570.52 USDT.At 23:43, the withdrawal was marked as “Unable to withdraw funds.” No explanation was provided for the failed withdrawal.This was not the first failed withdrawal attempt. My transaction history shows several previous withdrawal requests that were also rejected.Shortly afterwards, I lost access to my account. I contacted 1xBit support and was referred to their security department.The security department eventually informed me that they had decided to close my account because of an alleged violation of their Terms and Conditions. However, they did not tell me which specific term I had violated, what conduct allegedly constituted the violation, which bets were affected, or provide any evidence supporting their decision.Their security team specifically wrote to me: “The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. You can withdraw the deposited sum only.”I asked them to explain how I could withdraw my funds because I could no longer access the account normally.I later regained access to the account, but almost all of the balance had disappeared. The account now shows only 11.37 USDT.This is also inconsistent with 1xBit’s own statement that I could withdraw my deposited funds.
