1xBet – Withdrawal Not Received & False Information Provided

I am facing a serious issue with withdrawing my funds from 1xBet. I requested a withdrawal of ₹19,900 EGP on December 11, 2024, at 6:34 PM Cairo time, but the amount has not been credited to my Vodafone Cash account until now.

Issue Details:
My 1xBet account shows the withdrawal as "Completed", but the funds were never received in my Vodafone Cash account.
I contacted Vodafone Cash support, and they confirmed that no transaction was received from 1xBet.
1xBet support requested a stamped account statement from Vodafone, but obtaining this document requires special approval from the administrative authority, making the process extremely difficult.
Despite the difficulty, I managed to obtain an official PDF account statement from Vodafone and also visited a Vodafone branch to collect a hard copy, which I photographed and sent to 1xBet.
After this, 1xBet support sent me a fake transaction confirmation claiming the withdrawal was processed, but my bank statement clearly proves that I never received any funds, indicating misleading information from their side.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to intervene immediately to resolve this issue. The evidence I have provided clearly shows that I never received the amount, despite 1xBet claiming that the withdrawal was successful. I request that my rightful funds be refunded as soon as possible.
