Extremely disappointing experience — ₹12,000 still not credited/refunded after almost 5 months.
I have been waiting for almost 5 months for my ₹12,000 transaction to be resolved. During this entire period, the platform repeatedly asked me for different documents for verification. I provided everything they requested, including payment proof, bank statements and other supporting documents.Just one week ago, they even asked me to provide an official bank letter confirming that the refund could not be processed by the bank. I provided that as well.After taking months to review all these documents, they have now rejected my claim and simply stated that the funds were not received on their side, without providing me with a proper resolution or refund.Five months, multiple documents, repeated verification — and still no money. Every time I provided what they asked for, another document was requested, and after everything was submitted, my money was still neither credited nor refunded.This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. Anyone considering using this platform should be very careful and understand the risks before making a payment. I am posting this review so others can be aware of my experience.
