INR 49,500 withdrawal not received – dispute repeatedly closed without proof
I am sharing my experience because my INR 49,500 withdrawal has still not been resolved.I requested a withdrawal of INR 49,500. I did not receive the amount in my bank account, so I repeatedly contacted 1xBet Customer Support and raised payment disputes.The dispute was closed multiple times simply with the status “Withdrawal Successful”, without providing me with any proper payment details or proof that the money was actually credited to my account.During one of my calls with Customer Support, 1xBet provided me with a UTR/reference number: 624929485873 and asked me to check with my bank.I contacted My Bank and provided them with this reference number. The bank informed me that there was no inward payment corresponding to this reference in their system.1xBet then asked me to provide a bank letter confirming that the amount was not credited. I obtained the requested bank letter and also provided my bank statement covering 05/09/2026 to 27/09/2026.Even after providing exactly the documents they requested, my payment query was closed again with only “Withdrawal Successful”, without providing the UTR/payment proof, settlement details, or any explanation of where the INR 49,500 was sent.My simple request is:If the payment was genuinely completed, please provide the actual payment/settlement proof and valid transaction details so my bank can trace it.I have cooperated throughout the investigation and provided the bank statement and bank letter requested by 1xBet.
