Prolonged verification and refusal to withdraw
1655681405 - Account number I am requesting your assistance regarding my blocked account and the prolonged verification process with 1xBet.I initially fully cooperated with 1xBet's verification process through email and provided the information requested by their team. After that, I was asked to complete a video verification. I cooperated with this requirement as well, and my video verification was successfully completed.After completing the video verification, instead of completing the verification of my account, my account was moved to a blocked-account appeal process. I was then asked to provide several additional notarized documents and declarations concerning my identity, Source of Funds, Source of Wealth, PEP status, and other transaction-related information.I again fully cooperated with the operator.I submitted all the requested notarized documents and supporting information for the blocked-account appeal on webiste.I have uploaded multiple times the same documents, but it is to ask me again to upload after every 2 to 3 hours. So I mailed to the Security team every single document mentioned above and asked them to point out specifically why my documents are not getting verified even after following the exact same format and terms of conditions they have mentioned.I have made every reasonable effort to cooperate with the verification process and have provided the documents requested by the operator in good faith. I am also willing to provide any reasonable additional information if something specific is still required.Instead of confirming receipt or providing an update regarding my submitted documents, I received the following response:“Dear customer, all consulting on the matter of your request was provided earlier in this mail thread.”This response does not confirm whether my newly submitted documents have actually been received, whether they are being reviewed, or whether any particular document is missing or insufficient.I respectfully believe that after complying with the operator's document request and submitting the requested notarized information, I should at least receive a clear confirmation regarding the status of my submission.I do not want to make any unsupported accusation against 1xBet. My intention is simply to have a fair, transparent and reasonable verification process. I have cooperated with every verification step requested from me and have submitted the documents requested for the blocked-account appeal.And I have included trust pilot also in this discussion-complaint number is Re: Trustpilot [#93367022]This has been going on from May 2026. I have been very patient and cooperative in every single way, but it's been four months and I don't think I'm close to the conclusion even after providing every single thing, the security team has asked me forI have acted in good faith throughout this process and have tried to comply with every reasonable requirement. The prolonged restriction and repeated verification steps have caused me considerable inconvenience.
