1XBet - Unjustified verification delay and refusal to release original deposited funds
I am submitting this official complaint regarding unjustified delays in account verification and the refusal by 1xBet to release my own original deposited funds.
1xBet requested identity verification documents, including identity photos and a bank account statement. I fully complied with all requirements and submitted:
- New identity document photos
- Bank account statement of the account used for the transfer, covering the period from September 27, 2024 to the present
All required documents were sent on September 27, 2024.
Despite full compliance, I have received no proper response since that date, and my funds remain blocked without any valid explanation.
It is important to clarify that the funds I am requesting to withdraw are NOT winnings. They are my own original deposited funds.
The last and only response from 1xBet was received in December 2024. Since then, I have received no replies despite multiple follow-ups via email and live chat. Support only provides generic responses such as “please wait” or “check your spam folder,” without any clear decision or timeframe.
I believe this situation represents unfair treatment and an unjustified restriction of access to my own funds. I respectfully request an independent review and assistance in resolving this matter.
I am ready to provide all supporting evidence if required, including emails, bank statements, and chat screenshots.
