Very disappointing experience – INR 49,500 withdrawal not received
1XBet ID:1550454989I requested a withdrawal of INR 49,500, but I still have not received the money in my bank account.I raised the dispute three times through 1xBet Customer Care. Unfortunately, each time they simply updated the case status as “Withdrawal Successful” and closed the dispute, without properly investigating my complaint.I also emailed info-en1xbet-team.com and info-ind1xbet-team.com with my bank statement showing that the amount was not credited. Their response was simply that the matter had been forwarded to the concerned department, and the dispute was subsequently closed again.If the transaction was genuinely successful, 1xBet should be able to provide the UTR/transaction reference number, payment details, or proof of payment so that I can verify and trace the transaction with my bank. However, despite repeatedly requesting this information, I have not been provided with any payment details.I have provided my bank statement and repeatedly requested a proper investigation, but instead of resolving the issue, the case keeps being closed by simply stating “Withdrawal Successful.”This is extremely frustrating and not the level of customer service I expected. I am still waiting for my INR 49,500 withdrawal to be properly investigated and resolved.
