1XBet - Fund Confiscation Complaint

Dear Here is the complete chronological sequence of events regarding how 1xBet illegally confiscated my principal business capital of 122,559 MAD: Initial Investment: I initially registered as a MobCash agent through a 1xBet Telegram Manager, depositing $15,000 USD (146,000 MAD) of my own personal capital. I used my official National ID Card (Number: G530292) for registration. Sudden Blocks & Directives: After a few months of smooth operation, my MobCash agent account was suddenly blocked by the security department. When I questioned my MobCash manager on the 'Reddy' business app, he claimed he could not overrule the security department but explicitly ordered me to withdraw my remaining funds (122,559 MAD). The Trap: The MobCash manager instructed me to open a personal 1xBet player account using the exact same National ID (G530292) and promised to temporarily restore my agent access just to transfer the funds there. I followed his instructions perfectly. I registered the player account with the identical ID, and the manager enabled my access. I completed the transfer of 122,559 MAD to my player account. Instant Freeze: Within 5 minutes of completing the transfer, 1xBet instantly blocked all deposit, withdrawal, and betting features on my player account, freezing my money. Harassment via Verification: For months, they dragged out the verification process. I complied with every single request: I provided deposit screenshots, held a paper with the current date next to my face with my ID, and completed 4 separate video conferences. The Rejection & Sabotage: After delaying for months, they suddenly claimed my verification 'failed', stated they would confiscate my personal pocket investment, and threatened to close my account. When I explicitly warned them that I would escalate this legally to international gambling authorities, 1xBet's team instantly kicked me out of the 'Reddy' business application and revoked my login access to permanently destroy our official communication logs and chat history. Final Refusal: I reached out to the Telegram manager who initially onboarded me. After forcing me to do yet another video verification with today's date and ID, he finally stated: “The administration has refused to cooperate with you. Unfortunately, no further cooperation is possible. Please do not try again, as your application will always be rejected.” This is a clear, orchestrated case of player and business partner fraud. 1xBet lured my personal funds from the agent account into a player account under their direct instructions, only to freeze it instantly and block my access to the evidence. I have done absolutely nothing wrong and have verified my identity multiple times. I demand the full release of my 122,559 MAD principal capital."
