I deposited ₹10,000 to my 1xBet account on 13 March 2026 through UPI. The payment was successfully completed from my bank account, and I provided 1xBet with the payment screenshot and bank statement as proof.
Despite this, the deposited amount was not credited to my 1xBet account. Later, my account was also blocked on the grounds of responsible gambling measures.
During the last several months, I have provided all requested documents and evidence, including identity verification and bank records. I also contacted my bank multiple times, and the bank confirmed that the transaction was successfully processed.
I respectfully request 1xBet to:
- Credit my ₹10,000 deposit or provide a clear explanation of where the funds were received.
- Provide evidence supporting the gambling addiction allegation that led to the account restriction.
- Verify the recipient's bank account details against my transaction records to confirm the payment trail.
I am only seeking a fair resolution of my deposit issue and account status.
