One of the worst customer support experiences I have ever had. I deposited INR 4,000 via UPI QR on 21/06/2026 at 7:32 PM to my 1x account, but the amount has still not been credited. My Payment Query Number is 18446804.Immediately after noticing the issue, I raised a payment query and contacted customer support multiple times. Despite providing my bank statement, payment proof, transaction screenshots, and complete conversation history, no meaningful investigation has been carried out. Instead, your support team repeatedly asks me to check my bank account, even though I have already confirmed that the amount has not been credited.Rather than investigating the issue from your end, I keep getting transferred between the Payment Queries team and Customer Support. Every response appears to be a standard template, and none of the agents take ownership of the issue or provide a clear update. Chats are closed without any resolution, forcing me to explain the same problem repeatedly.This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. A payment issue pending since 21/06/2026 should not require customers to continuously follow up without any progress. If your support team is unable to resolve such cases, please communicate that transparently instead of making customers go in circles.As a software professional, I understand how issue investigation and customer support should be handled. I expected a proper backend investigation rather than repeated requests for the same documents and generic responses.I request that my payment query (18446804) be investigated on priority and that either the deposited amount of INR 4,000 be credited to my account immediately or a clear explanation be provided regarding the status of my transaction.Very disappointing service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this platform.
