I had deposited Rs.5000 on my 1xBet acc. no.1495026329 on 15th July 2026. The money was successfully debited from my bank and credited to the UPI id they provided. However the deposit was unsuccessful. I contacted them and was told to provide details about the payment( Payment screenshot, UTR no,Bank statement already provided). Then I was asked to provide the ARN code which I provided. After which I was told to film the bank statement from start to finish using another phone, which I did obviously. Then I was told to wait for 14 more days to get my refund. Now I dont know whether to trust or lost my money. The email is not functional, never reply back except for Ads.
