Payment Confirmed but Not Delivered: My Experience Nearly Three Months Later
On May 9, 2026, a 1xBet representative apologized for the delay in communication regarding the outstanding CAD $74,666.24 and confirmed that my case had been escalated to the payment processing department. Following that escalation, multiple 1xBet representatives continued to reassure me that I had done everything correctly, that I would receive my funds back, and that I simply needed to wait while the payment was being processed.Months have now passed, and the CAD $74,666.24 has still not been delivered.I am simply asking 1xBet to honour the repeated representations made by its own representatives and complete the payment that I was repeatedly advised was being returned.
