1xbet blocked my account with funds for telling them i was struggling with gambling
i called support concerning some tickets that were not paid. in our conversation, i mentioned that i was struggling with gambling. the support who had called me using +44 20 3949 6388 changed his tone and said that he has blocked my account. i told him that i had pending bets - that night, which later won. i still don't have access to my account. the support guy changed his tone and started being dismissive and rude. i have reached out to 1xbet via email but they don't respond. my advise: stay away from 1xbet. read online reviews from genuine users not the ones populated by their marketers.
