The player from Indonesia had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. His money had not been received yet. He reported that his winnings of IDR 2,952,000 were not credited to his BCA bank account, even though 1xBet repeatedly claimed the withdrawal was successful and kept asking for more documents. We asked for clarification and the casino eventually confirmed that the withdrawal had been cancelled and the funds were returned to his gaming account. After that, he successfully withdrew the full amount, so the case was resolved.
