1xBet Casino - Player's account is closed and funds are confiscated.
The player from Bangladesh reported that 1xBet had breached its written commitment to refund his principal deposit after blocking his account. Despite complying with all terms, 1xBet had ceased communication and refused to process the refund, prompting him to seek intervention from Casino Guru. He said he mainly played slots, lost access after submitting KYC documents, and was told by the Security Department that only his original deposit would be returned. After reviewing the case, we found that false personal information had been provided during registration, which was a breach of the casino’s Terms and Conditions and justified the casino’s action. Therefore, we rejected the complaint as unjustified.
