I provided it.Then they asked again.And again.And again.I have submitted my bank statement SIX TIMES!Each time I had to download another updated statement from my bank, costing me R6.50 per download, just to satisfy the same verification request over and over again.So I've repeatedly paid money to prove information that I've already provided — and my R400 is STILL sitting with 1win.This is beyond frustrating!If there is something wrong with my documentation, then tell me exactly what is wrong with it. Don't keep sending me around in circles asking for another statement... BECAUSE IM A LEGIT PLAYER and REAL PERSON! I have screenshots/screen recordings and documentation proving:• The exact time and date I requested the withdrawal• The withdrawal still being unpaid• My six separate statement submissions• The repeated requests from support• The additional bank charges I've incurred• My conversations with 1win SupportI've kept the receipts. Every single one!This isn't about the amount anymore. It's about the principle.
