I am a 1win user with account ID 68833401. My withdrawal requests have been pending for 5 days, and the issue still has not been resolved.I have contacted customer support several times, but the only response I keep receiving is that I need to wait. Five days is an unreasonably long time for a withdrawal to remain pending.I would like 1win to review my withdrawal and process the payment as soon as possible.
