I advise you to stay away from 1win

I advise you to stay away from 1win. I joined them as a deposit and withdrawal agent for clients. They created a player account for me so I could fund it and then top up my 1win wallet. All the accounts were activated with a copy of my passport and ID card. Surprisingly, I topped up a player account with 36 USD, but I couldn't top up my 1win cash wallet. I contacted support, and their support was terrible; they didn't answer, and even when they did, it was useless. Support told me to contact the security team. I contacted the security team, and they asked me for a copy of my ID card, even though they created the account and I sent them a copy when I created it. I sent a copy to the security team, and then, to my surprise, they suspended my account, claiming I violated their agreement. They created the account themselves, and I don't have another account with the company, and I haven't even used this account. I want to tell you that this is a childish company. I've been working with 1xbet for two years, and this has never happened to me with them.
