CLOSED: [Due to the casino’s unresponsiveness]: 1Win Casino - Deposit Issue
Hello LCB Team,I am opening this complaint against 1win Casino because they refuse to credit a deposit I made nearly two months ago. My casino username is On June 21, 2026, at 7:20 AM, I made a deposit of 45,900 XOF using the mobile payment method Wave. The money was successfully debited from my Wave account, but my casino balance remains at zero. The casino support keeps telling me that their payment provider did not receive the funds. However, I contacted Wave Official Customer Support directly, and they formally confirmed to me in writing that the transaction (Transaction ID: T_-WIBWBDTMXWMVMT-QB) was fully validated and successfully delivered to the casino's payment processor. The casino is simply stalling and ignoring clear evidence. I am attaching the official Wave receipt and a screenshot of the official conversation with Wave support as absolute proof.I kindly ask the LCB mediator and the 1win representative here to look into this case and credit my 45,900 XOF immediately.Regards, Disputed amount: 79.68$ Casino: 1Win Casino Case #: 4604
