However, this screenshot is highly suspicious and invalid for the following reasons: Truncated Transaction ID: The "Operation Number" provided is incomplete and hidden behind ellipses (TIDGF6TJ57...MRQ2P4M), making it impossible to verify with my payment provider (Mercado Pago). Internal Record Only: The proof provided is just an internal website status, not a legitimate banking or payment processor receipt (CEP/Coelsa). Lack of Funds: I have my official Mercado Pago bank statement for the entire month of January, which clearly shows that no such deposit was ever received. I have been patient for 20 days, but the support team keeps closing my tickets with the same automated response and the same incomplete screenshot. I demand 1win to provide the full, unedited transaction ID (ARN/Hash) or to return the funds to my casino balance immediately so I can attempt a new withdrawal through a functional provider.
