ID 373640911I requested withdrawal after a successful win. They requested verification. I completed the verification, and my withdrawal request was successfully approved. But soon my account showed that the verification hadn’t been completed due to an incorrect document type. I used an Indian Aadhar Card. Now this error is displayed in my profile, and because of it, I can’t withdraw the money. The error itself says I need to contact support. But contact support very slow and supid and can’t do anything about this error. THIS ERROR ON 1WIN SIDE AND THEY CAN'T FIX IT
