Terrible experience

Terrible experience, I really don’t recommend this casino. I’ve lost a lot of money there. I have VIP status, but that’s all. I’ve been waiting for my payout for over a week now, and I keep getting the same boilerplate responses from live chat. Even with a dedicated account manager, I have to wait a very long time for their support. VIP status on their site offers practically no benefits.
