Flutter appoints Dan Taylor as new CEO

Flutter Entertainment has appointed Dan Taylor as Group CEO effective 1 October 2026. He replaces Peter Jackson, who steps down on 30 September after nearly nine years in the role. Jackson will remain as an adviser through year-end.

Taylor currently heads Flutter's International division, which generated over $9 billion in revenue and more than $2.2 billion in adjusted EBITDA in 2025. Since May 2026 he has served as President of Flutter, overseeing commercial strategy across the group's portfolio. Taylor was involved in designing the FanDuel sportsbook improvement plan, and early results look promising.

Under Jackson, Flutter grew from Paddy Power Betfair into the world's largest online betting and iGaming operator. The company built a global business with a portfolio of leading brands and secured top positions in key regulated markets. Chairman John Bryant cited Taylor's experience managing complex international operations and the board's confidence in his ability to lead Flutter through its next phase of growth.
