SDK spoofing— what it means in affiliate marketing
Forging the requests a tracking SDK sends, so installs and events are recorded for devices that never installed anything.
No real device is involved, which makes it the most profitable mobile fraud and the hardest to spot from the dashboard. Signed and hashed SDK traffic is the standard countermeasure.
