Even after verification, my withdrawal remained on hold with no confirmation or meaningful update.While my withdrawal was delayed, I kept playing and eventually lost all my funds. Better communication and a faster review could have prevented this.After being a loyal customer since 2021, this is not the treatment I expected. Just to be clear , I was not told or presume that I would be eligible for any bonuses . Fortunejack ruined my life by ripping me off almost 400K in deposits by allowing me too play from a prohibited country. When I finally hit a nice win that got all my money back they blocked my account and stole my money and ignored me. This casino has no morals or ethics and breach’s all responsible gambling codes.
