Roobet.com still owes me $2000 USD worth of free spins since October 2025. The requirements for these "weekly Tier 4 Roospins" were clear and I completed them multiple times in the past. After some "benefit revamp/upgrades" they just decided to remove and void this VIP user benefit THE VERY LAST DAY before they were suppose to credit those free spins to my account. I deposited, wagered and lost real money to qualify for those. Their VIP customer service used to be really friendly and helpful until this VIP benefit "revamp" happened. Most people would just call this a scam but I still believe they have a chance to prove themselves better than that. My account used to have around $7 million total wagered stats and played almost a year over there so it just didn't come from nowhere. Thank you.

I was banned in the chat. When I spoke with live support, they said I have another account, which was the reason for banning my main account.When I asked about this account, they asked me to speak with support via email.I sent them a message asking about the account they claimed was mine. What surprised me is that I received a response saying: "According to our investigation, we cannot share with you any information about this account, and the ban decision is final."I have read the site's policy and know all the rules. I also know that the site can close or ban any account according to certain terms. I have been a member since 2022, and I know a lot about this place.There is nothing that says you do not have the right to appeal the site's decision.This means: You are accused of something imaginary, and when you ask them for proof of what they said, they refuse. This is not fair.I don't care about the ban, but I don't like being accused of something I didn't do. Also, how can I accept a ban decision when you haven't given me anything that proves I'm guilty, except saying "you are guilty"? They can investigate and they will find that I have 2 accounts that were verified with my identity, and they can see my login history to the site and everything I say on the site.If I wasn't sure of what I'm saying, I would have accepted their decision. Do you think what the support team is doing is professional? They don't even try to listen to me as if I'm a nobody.

Be careful with this site not only do they cut bonuses, but they also make it difficult to access your betting history. They require KYC just to view your betting history unlike other sites. Be careful.

I made a deposit on roobet.com and sent them USDT instead of TRX. By that point, I'd already used my one-time opportunity to contact support about crediting my deposit. They rejected my request, citing that they couldn't credit me with the funds! I said okay, but when I logged into the site today, July 24, 2026, I saw that they'd added the option to deposit USDT (TRC20). The funniest thing is, it uses the same wallet that I used for TRX. They didn't even change the wallet. When I logged into the site tronscan, I saw that they'd appropriated the $1,120 USDT deposit. ROOBET support refuses to credit me with these funds! Such a large company can't credit its client with their own money! Hello everyone. I usually don’t give reviews but this time i have to. I created an account on this website and verified my email and address. After those steps i could deposit money. Which i did, 109 dollars. Then suddenly they wanted my Identification and a bill from my place. I did not want to do so and asked them to close my account and send my money back. Unfortunately they cannot delete my account and send my money back. Which is weird because how can i not decide for my self if i want to verify my identification.
