I would've given DK a 3, but they've recently raised their minimum deposit from $5 to $10 so they can make more more money off of players' losses. So, I'm out and done with Draft Kings. Anytime a business drops to below 3 stars IMO, I drop them like a bad habit. They can have the .03 I left on my account for a tip.

I have played this game for a year now I have deposited over $1700 with withdrawals of only $100 dollars they don’t let you win at all after I finally hit the deposit amount of 1500 I won $100 dollars last time I hit 230 was Oct of 2025 so for those has hit big you had to put in at least 10k my friend hit for 22k she never played them again but yet loyal players can’t hit $500 or $600 FanDuel is a little better then draft kings!!!

These guys are all about printing money. They don't really care about you. I play on a regular basis for years and they treat you like a second class citizen because they're just making too much money. They don't care about you go somewhere else. Do not go to these guys.

Appalling Verification NightmareAbsolute privacy invasion and blatant customer harassment. I tried helping my 70-year-old mother sign up for this app, and the onboarding process turned into an insulting bureaucratic nightmare. They demanded her driver's license, social security card, a photo of her literally holding her ID up to her face like a criminal, and full copies of her bank statements.For a company whose entire business model relies on people trying to hand over their money, treating customers and seniors like suspects is completely absurd. It is an absolute joke that management puts paying customers through this level of invasive harassment. With onboarding this hostile, it is genuinely shocking they are still in business. Save your time and stay far away.

Their app constantly messes up, I did first goal scorer insurance during the World Cup, the terms were if your guy doesn’t score first then you get your money back, coverage up to $10 so I bet $10 and never got it back. So I had to deal with their ass trash customer support team. I got reimbursed for that. 2 days later, I did the same thing and AGAIN it messed up so I reached out to customer support, and had 2 agents reply with 2 different case numbers for the same issue! One agent said that I already gotten paid, then the 2nd agent said they needed time to review the issue. And since the dude said I already gotten paid, I think it got closed out because 2 days went by and I didn’t receive anything from them. So I reached out for a 2nd time, and by then their goal scorer insurance promo had changed to if he doesn’t score first but scores later in the game; insurance will cover it(I’m assuming because it kept messing up and not rewarding people, so they changed it). So the agent sent me a picture of that promo and I said check the date, that’s a different promo! Long story short, I never got what they owed me! So then a few weeks go by and my cousin loves the World Cup and wanted to do some betting so I did a referral for her, she goes to sign up and it said that phone number already is linked to a different account, not email or person; phone number!! That was 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been resolved 😂. Also if you do their big league draw, literally record and double check every selection if you have a streak going! To make a long story short, because if you get the 7 in a row for their “25k shared bonus bets” you’ll walk away with 1 100% profit boost only. It’s happened to me twice now, I sent dozens of emails with pics and explanations to get told everything looks good on their end. They owe me so much money it’s not even funny, then they partner with jackpocket, please go do some reviews on their scammy ways! It’s the dynamic duo of scam artists! Stick with fan duel or hard rock bet!

Well, it was starting with the NBA player points.They ran a three $ nba player pool for player points and let's just say it never got hit nobody won it and kept everyone's money. Then Games will get canceled after you already have your fantasy lineups and entered in.And then they cancel the game, and then you cannot change your lineup.Whatsoever.So basically, they're like taking your money and trapping it off, and telling you that's an risk of daily fantasy every time you message them about getting a refund back, that's every time that's what they say, it's an inherent risk of Dfs , so if you're gonna run a company like that one.It shouldn't be operated , it shouldn't be no more. Now, I spent my hard-earned money on these stupid best ball drafts for the NFL, they locked me out of my account because I requested a refund and I asked for my money back because I told them I spent a lot of time putting together my lineup and making sure that everything was correct and everything was in order before the contest started because if you don't players that are not playing. Will not accumulate fantasy points and you cannot win so therefore, I do what I have to do to make sure my lineups are right, correct in everything and they usually we'll notify you with a notification that I have turned on when games are being postponed or canceled. .Usually they give you a notification this time.They did not many times they do not. So since they locked my account out , I have 12 drafts going right now , twenty five dollar entries and three dollar entries and guess what , they won't unlock my account and they won't let me in it. I told them I wanna full refund for all my fantasy.That's from yesterday, all my entries into that NBA player pool that never got hit and they never refunded nobody their money back.They just kept it. Over the last few months, there's been so many things that they should not have done that.They have done that a business should not be able to do. And then I told him they take the fun out of it by doing these things that they do to people.And then they proceed to lock my account.And I tell them what I meant by all the time I spent doing this and stuff, and they still don't unlock my account.So I already reported it to the f t c I reported it to the better business bureau , and now i'm reporting it here , I want something done about this. And for anybody ever thinking about playing daily fantasy or fantasy on daily on draftkings , do not do it. There's so much risk it's not worth the reward. Not , paying out the players out the the pools not paying out. , Anyone ever thinking about Betting Take your bets, elsewhere, take your fantasy bets.Elsewhere , do not go on draftkings do not they are terrible. And then when you have a question , a a question or a chat bot , you give you a chat bot , you don't give you a real agent , they give you a chatbot. And the last thing put the icing on the cake.I only use my debt card from my bank, that's all.I use it for draftkings, and guess what?My information somehow got hacked from draftkings.One of the players did it I believe from fantasy.They challenged me to a contest and guess what, I accepted and then the next thing I know my bank accounts drained my bank accounts drained.I get a new card.My bank accounts drained again. With all these door dash orders , somebody charged a whole year subscription to my debit card from draftkings somebody from there did it.

Ever since Everi merged with IGT all their online slot machines went to garbage. Jackpots on highly played machines stay maxed out for weeks, even months. No chance in hell they would pass a legit audit. I’ve lost thousands on DraftKings, sometimes straight down. Don’t be stupid like me.

I guess I can not give their customer service a big fat ZERO . It is non existent. You try to reason with them but you can’t reason with a computer . Welcome to the 21 st century . No phone service . You give them your phone number no return call. Many options out there hopefully far better than Draft Kings

It took 100 emails to get my money , useless would never recommend to my worst enemy, they actually in the business of stealing peoples money

Absolute terrible waste of time and waste of money. DraftKings is a horrible excuse for a company. The anonymous customer agents stole my money and never helped me even once. After stealing my money, DraftKings tried to lock my account with their fraudulent responsible gaming charade.

They take your money. I had a 6 leg fight parlay on a ufc fight that I placed on Friday. On Saturday a fighter pulled out mid day and they voided the entire thing mid ufc card. If I lost a fight leading up, I would had lost the entire bet. Any other betting platform would have simply removed the odds from that leg of the parlay and adjusted accordingly. They also still charged me to make the bet, despite voiding it. I tried multiple phone numbers and couldn't talk to an agent. Any other betting platform would have simply removed that leg and adjusted odds, this is crazy

Thieves or even worse. LAst session I was losing thousands and thats ok but after I bet 4000 on roulette and won they disconnected me somehow with message on the screen that I must log off then log in back. I was still online just disconnected from winnings. I was able to talk to customer service and they opened ticket number. When I connected back my winnings were7there. DRAFTKINGS ARE CRINIMALS and will take your money once you start winning. THIS IS THE WORST SCAM SITE EVER. Why this is callled casino I have no idea. They should be closed and placed in jalis.

I once used this for years until I noticed that they were tailoring the bets you could make I compared them to other sports betting apps and seen that they would not put all players for the team or would wait until after the game starts to remove players that would not be in after ESPN would release the roster hours earlier showing the injuries do not use them because there pushing the odds in there favor by not going with real time information I have no problem with letting the sports event decide what happens but don't with hold all the information from me for personal gains

Went to make bet put money to cover it every time I do the same thing had 0 balance naturally assuming my bet was made same as always when I lose the bet certainly goes threw should have won this particular bet but convienanly this but was amazingly returned to my balance straight crooks never will I use or recommend them twice when I won they do this type stuff . I've heard others say, "They are stealing from their loyal customers." My feedback is similar but unique. Spent thousands gambling with them. One day, they randomly block my access to my account, deleting it permenately. When I ask them why, they give absolutely no reason. I simply am banned and did nothing wrong! Plus, I never cashed my reward points. Might be hundreds of dollars. They refuse to give them to me! What a scam rip off bait and switch company Stay far away from this sportsbook

Banking with this company is a nightmare. It takes forever for them to withdraw the money from your account, so it's pending for 3 or four days before they actually take the money withdrawing takes even longer. And they have recently misplaced my withdrawal of a 100.00 and are claiming, it's the bank.It is not my bank.It is their website
