First of all I wish nobody used this app because draft kings going to find a way not to pay you. I bet my money for a tie in 90 minutes. In 93 minutes the other teams score and decided not to pay me. That’s not right it says on the app moneyline 90 minutes for a draw. Have the worst customer service. It’s better to used Kalshi because they pay you correctly.

Terrible odds on their casino just do yourself a favour and don’t play. I lost 1600 on my first night had two bonuses on 11 dollar bet where I didn’t win anything. I would say they are one of the worst online casinos out there.

This pathetic excuse of a casino app makes an average of $17million per day and they refused to honour a bonus after I deposited $600. like how do they get away with this.. YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND TO JOIN THIS APP

DraftKings customer service leaves a lot to be desired in addition their rewards are horrible. Beyond the original come on, they rarely give anything and certainly nothing to warrant putting more money into their site. Mohegan sun is much more reward friendly and appreciative towards its players and is recommended highly in comparison.

DO NOT BET HERE!! Do not use this betting app, I tried to cancel 3 tickets 1 hour before the Argentina Egypt game and couldn't get in contact with anyone. They are good on taking your money but when you need support you alert to chat with a freaking bot. it cost $1100. You won't get any live support here, STAY AWAY.

Completely predatory experience. I deposited my remaining fifty dollars for a deposit promotion, and they chintzed me out of the bonus by only giving two dollars and fifty cents. Then Crystal Reels just sat there and ate up the entire fifty dollars, tossing me little bones of twenty and forty cents instead of any actual wins.

These guys are clowns. They will change your bet or cancel it before the result. They shouldn’t be online just like that other company fan duel. I get making money but on a 35$ win they have no record. This is BS.

I have a account with draft king I was locked out of my account 2 weeks ago I was told to verify my identity which I did with a bill and a government issued id I keep emailing them and talking on chat but still no resolution my money has been tied up with them for a bit to long it’s says it takes 24-48 hours to verify but apparently that’s false advertising I don’t recommend NOBODY placing any bets on this site because you will be very disappointed when it’s time to withdraw your funds !!!! All I want is for me to be able to withdraw and I personally will close this account because I will never never never place another bet on draft king again !!!! Be aware they are a scam

Draft king is scam.i bet money on both team Canada and South Africa.odd is if Canada win,I win $210 for $75 bet.if South Africa win,I win $260 for $25 dollar.so they deduct $25 for South Africa lost but my Canada bet was voided in last minute.please,be careful guys they are fraud.AI customer service is not helpful.there is no direct contact to human.i am spreading this info to my friends and people who hasn’t bet on draft king.shame on you draft king.big betting platform is fraud.imagine if bet big money!!

This is a scam. Once you signup, you can't login and access to your account and they will say We were unable to locate an account associated with the email address you provided.. They will ask everything like your id, phone number.

Don’t waste your time here. DraftKings are scams. They’ll give you bonus on your deposit without your consent. Then only to find out certain casino games you can’t even play. It allowed me to play Baccarat but when I won and tried to withdraw it wouldn’t let me. Why would you let me play a game this doesn’t qualify for bonus money?? There are better gaming sites than these low ballers.

This app is absolutely horrendous, they lock cash outs when its in your favor, and also lock bets totally at random.. the app constantly crashes when the odds change, so you miss placing bets mid game. This app will definitely leave you feeling cheated every chance they get!! Do yourself a favor and find a different app

Worst app ever the RTP doesn’t exist you have better luck with FanDuel. Save your money. Never in my life I played the same game on FD and make bank with DK I made absolutely nothing they take more out of your the RTP. I could leave a zero star I would but these people are stealing from it's players. Yesterday my game went full blown crazy....I put $100 in piggy riches magic wand 2 and I made 1 $10 bet and the game started doing fast spins at $10 a bet on its own...I had no control over the game. I tried to get out before my money was gone but wouldn't cut off. I complained to customer service and they claim there was nothing wrong. These people who work for this company can and will interfere with your gaming if they choose to. They can hear you and they can also see you. Make sure they don't have permissions to your camera or speaker or anything other than your location. Very very corrupted.... All of them. I permanently deleted my info and so did my husband. They've been stealing from us for awhile but no more mrfrs
