By far the worst casino ever gamed at. I don't think the regulator is monitoring their systems or auditing them. The RTP is so horrible there can't be any other explanation but some sort of tampering. The same slots on other platforms are doing fine. Never coming back to this piece of shit casino

Completely predatory experience. I deposited my remaining fifty dollars for a deposit promotion, and they chintzed me out of the bonus by only giving two dollars and fifty cents. Then Crystal Reels just sat there and ate up the entire fifty dollars, tossing me little bones of twenty and forty cents instead of any actual wins.

These guys are clowns. They will change your bet or cancel it before the result. They shouldn’t be online just like that other company fan duel. I get making money but on a 35$ win they have no record. This is BS.

I have a account with draft king I was locked out of my account 2 weeks ago I was told to verify my identity which I did with a bill and a government issued id I keep emailing them and talking on chat but still no resolution my money has been tied up with them for a bit to long it’s says it takes 24-48 hours to verify but apparently that’s false advertising I don’t recommend NOBODY placing any bets on this site because you will be very disappointed when it’s time to withdraw your funds !!!! All I want is for me to be able to withdraw and I personally will close this account because I will never never never place another bet on draft king again !!!! Be aware they are a scam

Draft king is scam.i bet money on both team Canada and South Africa.odd is if Canada win,I win $210 for $75 bet.if South Africa win,I win $260 for $25 dollar.so they deduct $25 for South Africa lost but my Canada bet was voided in last minute.please,be careful guys they are fraud.AI customer service is not helpful.there is no direct contact to human.i am spreading this info to my friends and people who hasn’t bet on draft king.shame on you draft king.big betting platform is fraud.imagine if bet big money!!

This is a scam. Once you signup, you can't login and access to your account and they will say We were unable to locate an account associated with the email address you provided.. They will ask everything like your id, phone number.

Don’t waste your time here. DraftKings are scams. They’ll give you bonus on your deposit without your consent. Then only to find out certain casino games you can’t even play. It allowed me to play Baccarat but when I won and tried to withdraw it wouldn’t let me. Why would you let me play a game this doesn’t qualify for bonus money?? There are better gaming sites than these low ballers.

This app is absolutely horrendous, they lock cash outs when its in your favor, and also lock bets totally at random.. the app constantly crashes when the odds change, so you miss placing bets mid game. This app will definitely leave you feeling cheated every chance they get!! Do yourself a favor and find a different app

Worst app ever the RTP doesn’t exist you have better luck with FanDuel. Save your money. Never in my life I played the same game on FD and make bank with DK I made absolutely nothing they take more out of your the RTP. I could leave a zero star I would but these people are stealing from it's players. Yesterday my game went full blown crazy....I put $100 in piggy riches magic wand 2 and I made 1 $10 bet and the game started doing fast spins at $10 a bet on its own...I had no control over the game. I tried to get out before my money was gone but wouldn't cut off. I complained to customer service and they claim there was nothing wrong. These people who work for this company can and will interfere with your gaming if they choose to. They can hear you and they can also see you. Make sure they don't have permissions to your camera or speaker or anything other than your location. Very very corrupted.... All of them. I permanently deleted my info and so did my husband. Very much rigged gaming app. I’ve recorded games like match the dealer where when you play low you win but increase your bet and you immediately start to lose.

Big scam what ever you do beware of these scam artists clearly no rtp to player and they claim its random but you can clearly see you never get a base game win and when you got to bonus you cant get a bigger win then 7 dollers on a basic bonus and a double bonus is only about 14 give or take. With returns like that you play for about 3 to 4 mins on a 20 which is not going to bring in any return because the dont even pay a quarter of what you put in to play.

Instead, I received a canned response hiding behind language that DraftKings can "suspend, modify, or cancel" promotions at its discretion. Apparently that's their answer when they don't want to explain a decision.The most frustrating part isn't even the $75—it's the complete lack of transparency. If a customer is supposedly ineligible, explain why. Point to the specific rule. Show what happened. Don't send a copy-and-paste paragraph and expect people to accept it.From my experience, DraftKings was happy to advertise the promotion, but when it came time to honor the full value, customer support offered nothing but vague excuses and refused to provide any actual details.Customers deserve better than generic responses, hidden reasoning, and promotional offers that can seemingly disappear without explanation. I won a 3000.00 contest and before I could withdrawal I was banned for no reason. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and as soon as I hit big I was banned. Stay away

Won $2847 and the casino voided it citing "fraud risk" because I logged in from two different WiFi networks on the same day. No warning, no explanation, just gone. My entire balance was kept as well. Contacted support multiple times and got nowhere - just copy-paste responses with no real answers. I've never experienced anything like this on other platforms. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.
