It was good at first, but slowly has become a GIANT ripoff!I play several different slot games in my recent games list daily, the possibilities of only getting a bonus round every 400-500 spins are astronomical at a real, legitimate casino, and when I do get a bonus round the winnings are usually far less than the amount spent over the the hundreds of spins it takes to achieve a bonus round.I have been a level 4 rewards player for almost every single month since they started the rewards program, and a level 3 for the rest (maybe 3) of those months. They give you 15% of your losses for the week back on Monday (up to $35) which is usually nowhere close to the hundreds lost for the week. When they are giving me money back week after week I know they have rigged it with their algorithms in their favor. The 95% RTP- Return to player is not even close, it's more like 5%RTP.BUYER BEWARE!!

FanDuel Faceoff is the most criminally insane app ever. Totally stealing from you. WATCH OUT! they match you with the most absurd pro level sweaty type players ever. We are talking like players with over 20,000 games played somehow. Holy crap go outside bro. It’s not skill base matchmaking at all btw, they claim it is but it’s not. To test this I had my friend start a new account and he immediately got matched with somebody with 2000 games played, of-course he would lose dude what are we talking about. Also if you have bonus bets i believe that they match you up with somebody really good so you lose way more often. Also the grand slam superstars game totally has AI bots playing against you. 7/10 games they hit a perfect game against you. a law suit needs to come out on these guys already.

I tried to deposit with bank account 10x for $20 and all were declined and not posted to my account, yet were debited from my bank. The chat support told me on 2 occasions to wait 3-5 business days. It has been longer than 5 business days. Both times the chat support disconnected my chat with no option to escalate. I have been a loyal customer until this issue. Don’t do business with this company, period! What a poor experience. I don’t spend $20 a month, rather thousands of dollars and this is the service I’ve received. Garbage service for a very loyal customer. Run away. I’m not sure which app I will use moving forward but can’t imagine I will choose one with worse service. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Put your money in the toilet and will have a better return.

Well they think that the government involvement is what makes it the fair. And copy and pasting scripts that are just words make it fair. Well how about the data they are collecting and algorithms. That's definitely how they keep it fair. This place offers 10 dollars after they took hundreds. How about the skum bags show the transparency they claim is all it's about. It's all a big scam and it's 100% rigged. Done being scammed.

I deposited money in my account. They mistakenly put it in a non playable category on my account.I was unable to use or withdraw the money. They sent me an email telling how to resolve the issue. It was useless. Their agents have no power to correct the problem. If this ever gets resolved I am canceling my account!

I rate 3 stars because there is a lot of glitches verifying location etc.in the game I have to keep logging in and out. But they never hold my funds deposit for me in less than 5 mins. Their system was glitching out and kept saying "check back later" for days, try the coach bit that would blame everything else, finally get Mikhail who just ignores me and soaks up the work hours ghosting the conversation, deleted account and went to competitor, way better experience then these clowns , the biggest joke doing this before the World Cup at least it wasn't day of.

Scam site, I’d give 0 reviews if possible. I was playing baseball black jack and two aces pop up for me I split, immediately I’m kicked. Money taken from my account & I never hit nor stood on the hand I was kicked immediately, I go back in to Baseball blackjack & money is still gone an the hand is no longer there. I reach out to support a they say the hand was played out an It’s final due to there investigation of nothing looking out of the ordinary. Also the dealer had 19 I had 17 and 18 after going into transaction history, but I never even seen a hand or had the chance to hit or stand or anything, they claim this is policy but just know if this happens to you an it’s a big bet or anything you SOL they scam you an take you hard earned money without an explanation an after being committed to the site for years this is how they do a great customer that will now find elsewhere to play.

I'm constantly being logged out of the casino games by their system. I was playing three card poker and I place my bet then the game kicks me out. Wish there was a zero. Absolutely no customer support whatsoever. After dealing with a bot, who of course, cannot answer your question, when you're transferred to a live agent and hold for 40 minutes, he tells you to do cartwheels, and the problem as it your own end with your connectivity to your modem. Overall good despite the mountain of negative reviews. Maybe luck is on my end for this one. Only complaint is withdrawals are very slow. Requested at 3am not approved until 1pm. I got the funds guess I can’t complain.

Only 1 star for me. When fanduel does award with 3 trophies like I just got last night for yhe first time in over two years I was fiven the 20$ mini jackpot. AWESOME but then You are not allowed to withdraw the money.And at only forty cents and sixty cents lost it all , what's the odds? I mean , I know NOW that gambling never pays off. But It seems I would have hit a couple times out of $20.So to me , it's nothing but a rip off. I had 11 lag parlay in which I hit 10 lags which I just needed 1 knock down in the main event, McGregor gets hurts in 10 seconds lost the bet .after winning 10 straight lags I didn’t get a cash out even with a -400 on 1 knock down . That’s has scam all over it . That’s definitely not fair play .
