The customer service has no real person working on it when I constantly say I want a real customer service. I did waged five time but still not converte the bonus. This is literally peice of S, avoid it.

I’ve spent over $7000 and only got back $1200. I wish I took any other casino other than here. I’m genuinely serious, I didn’t have issues verifying or ever withdrawing. 888 casino IS A MASSIVE SCAM. Absolute joke of a casino. From all the other reviews they just mess anyone who wins about, take their deposits and then dont pay out if you win. I wouldnt know, never had a withdrawal.....I have deposited a total of 28 deposits over the course of a 6 month period (£100 a time) and never been in a position to withdraw, had about 6 bonuses in total and my RTP is a total of 28% returned..... so that means out of £2800, ive only been returned £700 odd......that itself tells you how much of a scam and money laundering site this is. I’ve contacted them daily and the customer service via live chat is appalling.Get told the same thing over and over, it has been escalated half a dozen times and “made a priority” and still nothing. I have made a formal complaint to 888 via email and I just got a response stating they have up to 8 weeks to respond with their final resolution.I’m fully verified so it’s nothing to do with that. How a company as huge as 888 can make customers wait a month + for their withdrawal and still be trading is beyond me I’ve never known anything like it!Next step is to contact the gambling commission in UK and Malta because I honestly don’t know where to go for help with this!
