I have three separate withdrawals completely stuck in limbo, with the earliest submitted back on the 8th of July.When I reached out to customer support to ask why my money was being delayed, they immediately froze and suspended my account without a single email or word of explanation. I had to force the information out of them on live chat just to find out what was going on.To make matters worse, their live chat support is completely clueless and contradictory. When I called them out on the conflicting information and the fact that they never send the emails they promise, the agent simply disconnected the chat. They are happy to take your deposits instantly, but the moment you try to withdraw your own funds, they lock your account and feed you scripted lies. Totally unprofessional.

Well they decided to gub me for no reason whatsoever retricting me feom any promotions. When I questioned this, they gave me some BS excuse, but that was when I was using the account on an almost daily basis and despite me winning and losing, they restricted me.
