postplus-workspace — Claude Code skill: a PostPlus project folder
Keeps one project folder holding approved product facts, campaign context and finished results, so repeated PostPlus work does not start from zero.
npx skills add PostPlusAI/postplus-skills --skill postplus-workspace -a claude-codeWhat postplus-workspace does
This skill turns a single resolved project folder into the durable context for ongoing PostPlus work. It reads only the facts a stage needs and keeps confirmed data apart from approved claims, research findings, hypotheses and forbidden content. Inventing prices, offers, identities or results is off the table by contract.
Inside you get scripts/workspace.py with init, new-campaign and check, templates under assets/project-template/, plus reference files for stage gates and the uncertainty policy. Setup starts with postplus doctor --skill postplus-workspace --json: when Python 3 is missing the skill follows the concrete action it returns, and if there is none it reports the dependency and stops rather than guessing a package manager. No Python 3 means none of the commands run, so check that first.
Stages run in order: onboarding, research, strategy, test, production, launch, learning. A BLOCKED result halts the affected stage, and a local READY does not stand in for CLI validation, credit checks or launch approval. Changing approved truth, publishing or touching live ads all need explicit approval. One-off tasks do not need a workspace at all.
What it helps with
- set up a project folder with approved brand and product facts
- pick up from recorded state instead of redoing earlier work
- check whether the context for a given stage is complete
- keep approved claims separate from hypotheses and drafts
- write results and decisions back into the project
Example prompts for the agent
- Initialize the workspace in
my-projectfor the Spring Launch project - Run the stage check for
productionon campaignspring-2025 - Resume from the last recorded state
