llm-wiki · akillness — Claude Code skill: what it does, how to install
Builds a maintained markdown wiki from articles, notes, and other source material. Use it when knowledge should persist across sessions.
npx skills add akillness/jeo-skills --skill llm-wiki -a claude-codeWhat llm-wiki does
llm-wiki turns incoming material into a linked knowledge base. It keeps original files under raw/sources/, writes source notes in wiki/sources/, and maintains areas for entities, concepts, queries, and reports. The workflow also updates index.md and log.md.
The operating rules live in AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md: raw files remain unchanged while the agent maintains the wiki layer. URL intake uses scripts/ingest-url.sh; query notes can be created with scripts/new-query-note.sh. The skill can use Bash, Read, Write, Edit, Glob, Grep, and WebFetch. The raw directory must remain the source of truth, or the wiki can drift away from its material.
What it helps with
- turn source material into a markdown wiki
- keep captured files separate from summaries
- connect entity and concept pages
- file durable answers as query notes
- refresh the index and activity log
Example prompts for the agent
- Set up a wiki in
/path/to/vaultwith source, summary, and query sections. - Bring an article URL into the vault, preserve its raw capture, and refresh related pages.
- File this answer under
wiki/queries/, link the supporting pages, and updateindex.md.
