What learned does

This skill activates a quick review loop right after you finish a task. The assistant prompts you with four consecutive questions: what the deliverable taught you, what to adjust next time, what to carry forward, and which successful tactic to repeat. Every answer gets captured verbatim without model-generated interpretations.

Entries go into 5 JURNAL/Learning/deliverable-learning-log.md inside an Obsidian vault. If the fourth answer identifies a reusable workflow or prompt pattern, the assistant offers a single yes-or-no prompt to save it as feedback memory for /improve-system. When the vault path is unreachable on a remote machine, the tool prints the formatted Markdown in the chat alongside the target file path.

If your local Obsidian path does not match the hardcoded directory, you will have to paste notes manually. The skill acts as an explicit shorthand trigger for the heavier journal-reflection workflow.

What it helps with

  • log project takeaways right after delivery
  • append structured review notes to an Obsidian vault
  • capture reusable workflow patterns into agent feedback memory
  • review recent work without opening a full reflection session

Example prompts for the agent

  • /learned
  • Log a learning from this deliverable
  • What did I learn from this?
