What game-changing-features does

The skill reviews a product’s current value, then looks for opportunities at three scales: major changes, improvements to the core experience, and small ideas with outsized impact. It assesses each option by impact, reach, frequency, differentiation, copyability, and feasibility, then orders the recommendations.

The result is a strategy document with opportunity descriptions, priorities, questions, and next steps. It does not produce code. The analysis is saved to .claude/docs/ai/<product-or-area>/10x/session-N.md, rather than shown in chat. That output location matters if you expect an in-conversation discussion.

Start by naming a product or area. You can also provide its current state and constraints; the skill examines the codebase and existing features as part of its analysis.

  • sort opportunities by scale and effort
  • assess proposals for impact and feasibility
  • rank product work by priority
