What gws-workflow-standup-report does

The skill runs gws workflow +standup-report and merges two sources: today's calendar agenda and the open task list. What comes back is a summary you can read out at standup or paste into a thread.

Output format is set with --format: json by default, plus table, yaml and csv. The command is read-only, so nothing gets modified. You need gws installed and the ../gws-shared/SKILL.md file with auth settings; if it is missing, run gws generate-skills to create it.

Worth installing if your standups are daily and the agenda lives in Google Calendar. If your meetings and tasks sit in other services, skip it.
