What persona-project-manager does

This skill sets up a project manager persona that coordinates work through Google Workspace. It requires the gws binary along with five utility skills: gws-drive, gws-sheets, gws-calendar, gws-gmail, and gws-chat. Without these prerequisites, the commands cannot run.

The instructions focus on recurring coordination flows. You start the week with gws workflow +weekly-digest to inspect meetings and unread messages. Tasks are logged into Sheets with gws sheets +append. The persona shares files on Drive, schedules team standups in Calendar, and emails status reports through Gmail. You can also run commands with --dry-run to inspect changes safely beforehand.

Install this skill if your team already operates inside Google Workspace and you want terminal-driven coordination. Without the gws toolchain in place, skip it.
