What gws-workflow-email-to-task does

The skill takes a Gmail message ID and creates a new Google Tasks entry. It uses the email subject as the task title and puts the message snippet into the task notes. The target task list can be set with --tasklist; @default is used when the flag is omitted.

Run gws workflow +email-to-task --message-id to start the workflow. The gws binary is required. Before using the workflow, read ../gws-shared/SKILL.md for authentication, global flags, and security rules. When that file is missing, the source instructions point to gws generate-skills.

Install this skill when an agent needs to turn Gmail messages into Google Tasks entries from a prompt. It creates a new task, so the agent must ask the user for confirmation before execution.
