What customer-language does

The skill inspects deal notes and call logs in HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Upsales, alongside Crisp chats, Discord messages, and YouTube comments. It extracts exact customer phrasing for bottlenecks. Quotes get grouped by topic and counted per distinct company.

Cloud syncing requires an active Cogny account at 9 dollars per month linked in .mcp.json. Without that gateway, the tool switches to local files. In local mode, it parses meeting transcripts stored under ./brain/evidence/calls/. If neither external integrations nor local call transcripts exist, execution halts immediately.

What it helps with

  • extract exact buyer quotes from CRM call logs and support chats
  • cluster customer pain points by frequency and business accounts
  • produce weekly voice-of-customer digests for marketing agents
  • process local meeting transcripts from Zoom or Gong exports

Example prompts for the agent

  • /customer-language
  • /customer-language 30 --segment "ecommerce"
  • /customer-language all
