What email-report does

The skill reads email service data and prepares a weekly or monthly report in three formats: a Slack update, an email for the CEO, and a section for a board deck. You can request a single format or all of them.

Its available tools cover services including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, MailerLite, and Drip, alongside analytics and sales tools. It requires cogny-mcp and access to the relevant data. Without access to an ESP, there is no campaign data for the report to use.

What it helps with

  • compile a weekly email campaign report
  • draft a monthly CEO email from campaign results
  • create a Slack update from email performance data
  • prepare a board-deck section on email results

Example prompts for the agent

  • Create all report formats for this week: /email-report weekly all.
  • Write a Slack update for the month: /email-report monthly slack.
  • Draft the CEO email covering this week: /email-report weekly ceo.
