This skill hunts down the people who stalled: carts left behind, signups that never started a trial, trials that never converted. For each stage it writes a matching email and hands it to your ESP, but the send only goes out after you confirm it.
Run it weekly and nothing gets sent twice. The skill keeps track of what already went out per stage and skips anyone still inside their cooldown window. Three modes are available — weekly, audit and free — picked through the argument.
A connected cogny-mcp server is required. Reads work across Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Rule, Get a Newsletter, Brevo, MailerLite, Drip, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Symplify, Braze, Shopify, WooCommerce and Stripe. Tag writes and sends ask first, so without MCP access to your ESP the skill never reaches the sending step.
