What tampermonkey-mcp does

The server exposes tools to list userscripts, read one, and apply changes. It connects to Tampermonkey through the Tampermonkey Editors browser extension. Ask the assistant for a connection code, then enter that code in the extension to enable the script tools.

Install the Tampermonkey and Tampermonkey Editors extensions first; Editors is available for Firefox or Chrome. In Claude Code, add the server with claude mcp add tampermonkey-mcp -- npx -y tampermonkey-mcp. The connection code step matters: without entering it in Tampermonkey Editors, the assistant cannot reach your scripts.
