The server runs through npx and exposes a set of prompts to any MCP client. Start with strategy — an orchestrator that ties the other skills together. The rest cover strategy-diagnostic, strategy-map, vrio-analysis, environmental-radar, market-position, wardley-map, culture-assessment, first-principles-strategy, playing-to-win, pre-mortem and protoloop-setup.
Every prompt takes an optional mode argument: diagnostic, review or alert. One resource ships alongside them — company-context-template, a template for the living document that carries company context between sessions. Skip it and each conversation restarts from nothing.
