Servicialo MCP Server — Claude Code MCP server
Gives an AI agent access to the Servicialo protocol: find a provider, book a session, confirm it, settle payment. Useful when the agent has to run real appointments, not just write code.
claude mcp add mcp-server -- npx -y @servicialo/mcp-serverWhat Servicialo MCP Server does
Servicialo is an open protocol for human-delivered services: healthcare, legal work, tutoring, home visits. The @servicialo/mcp-server package exposes it as 40 MCP tools, grouped by the phases of a service lifecycle. The agent follows the natural order of coordinating a booking instead of calling endpoints per database entity: locate the organization, check the slot, book, confirm, carry it through to payment.
Three phases need no auth. resolve.lookup maps an org slug to its MCP/REST endpoint, registry.search filters by country and vertical, and scheduling.check_availability checks three variables at once — provider, client and resource. Beyond that you need scopes such as service:read, schedule:write or patient:write; each tool group lists its own.
This is a protocol-level interface, not a connector to one vendor. Coordinalo is the reference implementation and the default target, but a compatible backend of your own can take its place. The protocol sits at v0.10 (draft) and releases stay on 0.9.x, so breaking changes are still on the table — before 1.0 they go through an RFC. If your backend does not implement a given scope, that phase of the lifecycle will not work.
What it helps with
- book a client into a session through the agent
- check whether a provider is free at a given time
- move a service from request to confirmation and payment
- find an organization by country and vertical in a shared registry
- pull a trust score for an organization before booking
Example prompts for the agent
- Search the registry for kinesiology providers in Spain and list what they offer
- Check this provider's availability next week and book a session
- Show the current state of the service and move it to confirmed

Questions about Servicialo MCP Server
How do I install Servicialo MCP Server in Claude Code?
Run claude mcp add mcp-server -- npx -y @servicialo/mcp-server. That registers the server in your Claude config and launches it through npx.
What does Servicialo MCP Server do?
It hands the agent 40 MCP tools for the Servicialo protocol: searching organizations, checking availability, booking, moving a service through its states and verifying delivery.
Do I need my own backend to run it?
No. It points at Coordinalo, the reference implementation, by default. A backend of your own works if it is Servicialo-compatible.
