Agents combine a trigger, a skill, and a communication channel. They can use the calendar and CRM, send SMS and email, and access integrations through Composio. The workflow includes evals and a real booking test before handoff. For remote setup in Claude Code, use https://mcp.seldonframe.com/v1; the local option runs the package through npx.
